Mirabai Holland M.F.A.
Mirabai's M.F.A. is a Master of Fine Arts Degree In Dance from the prestigious NYU Tisch School of the Arts in New York City. She has studied privately with the finest movement and dance professionals since age 4.
She became interested in preventative and rehabilitative exercise in the 70's when her father developed Rheumatoid Arthritis and she developed an exercise program for him. She was subsequently hired by the National Arthritis Foundation to assist in the formulation and design of exercise protocols for their PACE People with Arthritis Can Exercise Program. Since then Mirabai has worked with numerous physicians and hospitals designing exercises for people with various health issues.
She holds virtually every major fitness and exercise certification and she served four years as Chairperson of the American Council on Exercise's instructor examination committee. This is the body that certifies many of America's fitness professionals.

Richard Stein M.D.
Richard Stein M.D. is the founder and co-director of the Cardiac prevention and
Rehabilitation Program at the 92nd Street YM-YWHA in Manhattan
He is a recipient of the National Institute of Health’s preventive Cardiology academic Award and the Heart of New York Award for Achievement in Cardiovascular Science and Medicine.
His research and scientific publications have focused on the cardiovascular physiology of exercise, exercise training and preventive cardiology. He is the author of the new book Outliving Heart Disease* which he wrote to give people the tools to help them be more informed and feel empowered to take charge of their heart health.
Currently he is a professor of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine, Director of their Urban Community Cardiology Program and Co-president of the American Heart Association’s Northeast Affiliate.
